BOOKINGS

No booking is secured without a deposit . 

Please note that A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE deposit of ANY services is due at time of booking (“Deposit”). This secures your wedding date/makeup appointment, The date remains unsecured until the Deposit is received in full by Nardin.

The final balance of bridal services is due two weeks before your wedding date.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: 

Parking/valet fees/accommodation or any other incidental costs incurred by Nardin must be paid by the Bride if applicable in advance of those costs being incurred. 

A 45 minutes will be allocated to each bridesmaids/Mother of bride or groom/other guests and 1 hour for the bride and a 15 minutes extra time for touch ups before Nardin leaves for the day (Schedule for the day will be discussed between Nardin and the Bride). 

If you require Nardin and her team to stay back for the photographer or any other reason, there will be an additional surcharge of $100 per hour. 

CANCELLATION:

Your booking is a reserved spot. If you decide to cancel your wedding day services or any appointments, you will not receive a refund of the Deposit. If you cancel with less than two weeks before your wedding, you will not receive back the Deposit or the Final Payment. To the extent that the Final Payment remains unpaid if you cancel with less than two weeks before your wedding, the Final Repayment remains payable to Nardin. All cancellations must be submitted in written form by email.

SERVICE LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS

The location of makeup services for the day-of-event will be at the Bride’s discretion, but there are certain requirements that Nardin will need to complete the services. A set-up table/work area/chair/trashcan will need to be made available for the Nardin. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. Nardin will arrive 15 minutes prior to set-up. Please communicate the hotel room number if applicable by email or text.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND WEBSITE

Photos and/or video taken at the trial or your professional photos/videos may be used as examples of my work for future clients to view and might be shared on my social media accounts. Your photographer/videographer etc will receive proper credit for their work. 

If you do not wish to give your consent please let Nardin Know.

LIABILITY

Nardin takes hygiene seriously. All makeup products and brushes are kept sanitary. All products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported prior to the application. Also due to this clause, Nardin is not able to tweeze or razor eyebrows. In the extremely unlikely event, Client agrees to release Nardin from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

Makeup application will be refused if  the client arrives with any of the following: eye infection, cold sore, flu or any other infections, please notify me prior to your appointment.
